Sarah and Ben Johnson grew up in Marshfield surrounded by fiends and family. They now have a family of their own and live only about a mile from the Roll Tide Property. They have spent many summers on Sunrise Beach as Ben's father, "Papa" lives nearby.  Papa's house has been their extended family's summer gathering spot for over thirty years.  This gift has taught them the value of these generational retreats and the important role these precious properties play in keeping families and friends together.  

 

It has always been a dream of theirs to own their own home at Sunrise Beach. They have a lifetime of memories here.  Ben and Sarah hope to provide their family, friends, and guests a beach vacation that feels like home. The joy of the Marshfield coastline is something special to be shared!
