Check-in instructions will be emailed or messaged to you the day before your arrival.  Please do not arrive at the property prior to check-in.

The property can be rented by individuals that are at least 25 years old.

While we have a great affection for pets (we have many of our own), they are strictly prohibited on the premises. If this policy is violated, you will be required to leave without a refund.

The maximum occupancy is 6. Parties or events are prohibited. Any small gatherings must adhere to our house rules concerning noise levels, visitor count and parking.

As stated above, parties or events are prohibited.  Common areas such as our patio are available to all guests; however, quiet hours begin at 10:00pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors.  No glass containers on the patio.  Do not rearrange furniture or tamper with safety items such as smoke detectors or any other safety devices.  Do not attempt to open any locked doors.  Locked closets contain owner's supplies and are not available to guests.  

Use the designated parking spaces only. Do not block driveways and do not park on the grass.  

Please bag up any trash or recycling from your stay and leave it outside in the provided bins as you exit.  

Items missing or broken items will be charged to the credit card on file.  

We kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your photo ID and credit card.  The name on these documents must match the name on the reservations.  You may not use your name to reserve for someone else.  

We do our best to balance the interests of our valued guests as well as our seasonal business. Our cancellation policy gives you and also us time and flexibility.  

• You will receive a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.  

• You will receive a 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.  

• You will receive no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
